Important Insurance Information
At Oracle Vision Care, we prioritize transparency in billing and want you to understand how insurance may apply to your visit. If additional medical concerns are addressed or diagnosed during your routine eye exam, the appointment may be billed to your medical insurance instead of your vision plan.
In such cases, you may be responsible for specialist copays, deductibles, or co-insurance, depending on your coverage. Examples of medical diagnoses that could impact billing include:
- Diabetes
- Glaucoma
- Macular degeneration
- Ocular hypertension
- Floaters
- Cataracts (or previous cataract surgery)
- Dry eye
- High-risk medication use
For questions about your insurance benefits, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly. If you need assistance, our team is here to help clarify any concerns about your visit.
Payment Policies
Please note that any copays required by your insurance plan will be collected at the time of service, prior to your appointment. This creates a seamless check-in process and allows us to focus on providing you with quality care.
If you have questions about your copay or payment responsibilities, please contact our office or your insurance provider before your visit.
